Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full price credit if the product is returned in its original unaltered condition.

Return shipping must be prepaid. Brazcare will reimburse the shipping cost if the return is a result of its error (incorrect or defective item).

If you need to return an item, please log into your account, go to your orders and select the item you want to return. Explain the reason that you want to return the item and request a refund or a replacement for the item. If you want the full price credit, click the refund button. If the item you got was defective and you just want another one, you can click replacement. Once the refund is initiated, it typically takes 3-7 business days to show on your account. 


Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you which may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
